Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TokenDunia (the "Service"), operated by [Registered legal entity name]("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What TokenDunia is

TokenDunia is a prepaid gateway that lets you send prompts to third-party AI models — currently Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Gemini (Google) — and pay for usage from a single wallet balance held in Indian Rupees (₹). We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of those providers.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Wallet, credits & payments

  • The Service works on a prepaid basis. You add funds to your wallet, and usage is debited from that balance.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
  • Wallet credits are denominated in ₹, are non-transferable, and hold no cash value outside the Service except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Each message is metered by token usage and charged at the per-model rate published on our Pricing section, which includes our platform margin.
  • Wallet balances are valid for the period stated at the time of top-up (currently 30 days from your most recent top-up) unless extended by a further top-up.
  • We may change pricing prospectively; changes do not affect credits already spent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break any applicable law, or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
  • Violate the usage policies of the underlying AI providers.

5. AI outputs

AI-generated responses are produced by third-party models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. The Service is provided for general informational purposes and is not professional advice.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party model availability, maintenance, or factors outside our control may cause downtime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the unused wallet balance in your account at the time the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, handling of any remaining balance follows our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [City, State] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
